seems to be a comp scam asking to call to confirm your win of 25.000 grand down to 100 pound at 1.50 a minute and small print says they may (which means they do ) share your details hence sell your details on to the other scam artists.or send two unused stamps.the letter does not even have a company name ? just rts address is green heys watford rd ross on wye hr95db and a po box .po box 107 ross on wye herefordshire hr99yp which looks like a residential address. for the rts.it is not even signed or mentions anyones name just prize and award controller clearly using this to make sure they are not identified for one and to use the loopholes of not actually asking for anything in person hence breaking no laws just ripping off gullible people thinking they will get a free load of cash or car etc.total bollocks
