I received calls from 7179615100. I did manage to get a "little" data from Heather, the woman who answered the phone when I called the number back. She stated she could not disclose why I was called unless I had an account. Since I could not ascertain if I had an account with them due to the fact that I didn't know who "them" was. She told me the company name is DCS. I assumed it was a debt collector (they like to use acronyms). I gave her my telephone number that had been called so that she could check if I had an account with them. She found nothing associated with my number. I did a search on Google and found the name of Diversified Collection Services. A collection agency for unpaid debts for Student Loans and non-tax debts to State and Federal agencies. I have no unpaid debts, but I did have a roommate that did not repay her student loans. Could be that they are trying to track her down OR it was a wrong number.
