When I asked the man to send me the papers saying that I did, he said that he could not send anything until I paid him. Now this man was middle eastern using the name of John Smith. He is very rude. When I told him that I would not make any payment untill I had gotten papers from him he then began cussing me out. To which I told him where to go and how to get there. He hung up on me with the final words of a**hole.
