Had a call from this number, said they would get me ££££ back from Barclaycard, company called Planohead Financial, wasn't sure so woman who rang me said to look at their website They want money upfront to take on my claim.
Am really unsure what to do! The website doesn't look that good, and they say they are a 'liability' company - is this a joke??
I think person who rang me was Welsh? She talked so fast it was hard to hear what she was saying, but is going to ring me back when I've had a chance to think it over - think it is too good to be true
