I've had a brief call from this number. A young chap (can't remember the name) from a firm in London by the name of Century Land Group. Said it wasn't a sales call and just wanted to send me a brochüre regarding some investments and to see whether any of the projects they have would interest me as I was under no obligation I said yes I would like to receive it. He also mentioned if it wasn't any interest after I read through it, we would part ways and "shake hands like gentlemen" which made me chuckle. Awaiting the brochure to see what they have to offer....
