I just answered a call from this number. It was someone with a thick Indian accent claiming to be from Microsoft in London. He told me he was ringing because my computer has been sending error messages saying it's being hacked, and asked me to switch on my computer so he could check the settings. He got angry when I asked how he got my number and how he even knows I have a Microsoft computer, so I hung up. I then did a Google search and discovered this is a scam to get you to provide credit card details supposedly to buy extra computer security. Apparently Microsoft never call you directly.
