Received call from 03 90015836 at work. Female identified herself as Sarah and asked me how I was. Told her that would depend on what she was calling me about.
'Sarah' said she was from Telstra and wanted to speak with the person who had authority to make changes to our phone account.
I asked 'Sarah' - Why ?
'Sarah' said they had detected a problem with our phone account.
I asked 'Sarah' to be more specific about the problem.
'Sarah' mentioned something about 'paying interest' and then she hung up.
There was a lot of 'call centre' background noise during the phone call.
